Retrieve chapters from the ICANN 2026 Round Applicant Guidebook (AGB).
The bundled text is Applicant Guidebook V2-2026.04.24 (24 April 2026), the authoritative version of the 2026 new gTLD round rules (the earlier V1 draft is superseded). The round’s application window ran 30 April to 12 August 2026; ICANN may have published later revisions or program updates. It covers eligibility, application process, fees, evaluation procedures, objections, contention resolution, geographic names, .Brand TLDs, and more.
Call without arguments (or with chapter=“index”) to get a listing of all available chapters with descriptions. Then request specific chapters as needed. Chapters carry PDF page markers for citations. A chapter longer than about 40 KB comes in parts (part=1, 2, …); the first line of each part names its PDF pages and the call that returns the next part. Parts end at section headings or page breaks; a table carried into the next part has its header row repeated there, introduced by a comment.
